While being an everyday toast-and-jam kind of girl, I often feel the urge to switch things up – especially towards healthier directions. Breakfast is the most important (and delicious) meal of the day and, in all honesty, I don’t think I’ll ever understand people simply skipping it. If given the choice to feed off breakfast only for the rest of our lives, I’d pick front row. Breakfast, brunch and brinner. The perfect day. On a more serious note though: I decided to hunt down some ideas on how to fuel my body the right way as well as stick to the limited amount of time my mornings offer. Turned out the good old granola-and-fruit combo swept me off my feet:
Given the fact that there are exactly two steps to this recipe (1: get a bowl / 2: toss everything in), I won’t bore you guys with a scientific tutorial and simply list the ingredients as well as some pretty pictures… Bon appétit & good morning!

- 1 cup of your favorite granola
- 2 cups of yoghurt
- Pomegranate seeds
- Optional: Almonds & cashew nuts (as a topping)
